As Rick Renner says over-and-over again on one of his tape albums:

“finding the will of God and being in the will of God is the key to success!”

WHBTC has proved to be the right place at the right time for myself and my family – each one of us have seen an increase in our joy, understanding and much greater appreciation of our purpose since re-locating from the Midlands in order to follow God’s plan for our lives; above all, we see that focusing on our part of God’s bigger picture to reach others has resulted in our needs met and the pleasure of seeing people around us touched and changed for the better.

The content of the course has exceeded our expectations and inspired us to press-in for the good works that God has prepared in advance for us to do – there are many examples of walking into the desires of our heart right here where God told us to go that were completely lacking until we moved.

- our house was sold in a few months, and the buyers lived further up our street

- our children have had the educational opportunities they have needed

- my wife and I were offered the best jobs we have ever had (we didn’t actually need to apply)

In addition, God connected us with a great church and people who we identify as being a key part of the next phase of our lives.

To sum up, trusting God to prepare you for ministry at WHBTC has all the right challenges and results to grow your faith – teaching and study that becomes a part of you, great resources, essential character building and a clear vision for the future – I honestly can’t recommend it enough as the key to equipping you for the end-time harvest!

A Revelation of who God is

Since embarking on the weekend course at the Bible training centre, I have found it to be very dynamic and motivating

I have explored truths in the Bible and received a fresh revelation of Who God is to me and am learning to appreciate just who I am and what I have in The Lord!

The impact of our three fold nature in God also leads me to prioritize those things that will edify me for eternity.

Latvian couple returns home after 2yrs training at WHBTC

Return to Latvia

We are so thankful to God for the two amazing years we spent in World Harvest Bible Training Centre! Now that we are back in Latvia, we see how much God has changed us.
We perceive God`s desire for us to finish what we started before Bible Training Centre. Now we continue the work we have been already doing before moving to UK. But there is a huge difference – we do it more effectively and with great joy. All the glory be to Him!

God is still the God of surprises!

When we decided to obey God and come back to Latvia, we had no idea where to live, no job arrangements, nothing… But He never sleeps! He took care of all those needs before we even came back to Latvia. Now we live in a big house. There is no need to pay rent and it is furnished. Two cars were given to us free of charge! So now we can both drive! In Mark 10:29 – 30 Jesus said, Truly I tell you, there is no one who has given up and left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands for My sake and for the Gospel, Who will not receive a hundred times as much now in this time – houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions – and in the age to come, eternal life.” And God has given us abundantly more than we left behind!!!
We work and minister in the church. We are responsible for the church while the pastors are on holiday. We are happy to be in His will!

We thank God for YOU and your input, support and prayers! It`s been an amazing time! We have precious memories! You have given us support during the times we needed it most! You are a great example and we are doing our best to follow hard after God and you!

February Intake

We are now taking applications for our February 2010 intake of students.

This intake will be for our weekend classes – which are run about every third weekend on friday night and all day saturday.

If you have been wanting to attend Bible School, then this could be the ideal time for you to enroll. The part time schedule allows you to attend classes without needing to allow for a full time programme.

Our New Bible School blog

This Blog is to keep you up to date with the latest going on at World Harvest Bible Training Centre.

We are a Bible School situated in Manchester, the North West of England (United Kingdom). Providing high quality teaching on the Bible and ministry preparation for those wishing to grow in their walk with God as well as prepare and train for ministry

We currently have two Bible School programmes:

1) Weekend classes

These classes run on the weekends (about every third weekend) on friday nights and all day saturday

2) Night Classes

These are run on Monday and Tuesday nights – with 3 hours of classes each night

This part time schedule allows those who work full time to still attend Bible School and recieve powerful Bible teaching and training for ministry. For those wishing to do a more intensive programme, it is possible to attend the weekend AND the evening classes at the same time (courses being run in the nights and weekends are not the exact same courses at any given
